Fixit Knowledge Solutions is a provider of a web based knowledge management system, providing a complete solution for capturing, creating, reviewing and reusing knowledge across your business.

Fixit Knowledge Solutions were formed by a knowledge manager and programmer, who have been working in the IT consultancy business for 5 years, and in knowledge management for over 3 years.

What can Fixit Knowledge Solutions do for my business?

Our first product, Fixit Knowledge Base, was developed to address the needs of any type of service desk, help desk, call or contact centre, where queries or problems are raised.

These queries and problems would normally be referred to many different people with different knowledge and skills, until a suitable person is found to resolve the query. Fixit Knowledge Base can capture the answer or resolution provided by these people, and make it available to your first line staff.

This means answering and resolving more queries and problems at the point of first contact, giving improved customer satisfaction, and much shorter resolution times. Just as importantly in the current climate, your ROI on your staff will be much higher, and so your operating costs will be reduced.

Fixit Knowledge Base also allows your customers and clients to use 'self help', meaning they can log on to your support web site, and resolve their query or problem without ever having to involve your service staff. This frees up your service staffs' time to allow them to deal with more involved or technical queries, that would normally be passed onto an expensive 3rd party to resolve.

If you are launching a new product, provide your potential customers and clients with a knowlegde base of frequently asked questions. Capture what they are asking about that you did not anticipate, provide an answer and publish it ready for the next time that question is asked.
